Oracle PeopleSoft contains multiple vulnerabilities enabling remote denial of service, data confidentiality and integrity breaches.

CERT-FR has published an advisory documenting multiple vulnerabilities affecting Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise products across versions 8.61, 8.62, and 9.x. The affected systems span a wide range of modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Campus Community, and Common Objects components. These vulnerabilities permit remote attackers to cause denial of service, compromise data confidentiality, and compromise data integrity. The advisory references 71 distinct CVEs with publication dates spanning 2025 and 2026. Organizations running any of the listed PeopleSoft versions should consult Oracle's July 2026 Critical Patch Update bulletin for remediation guidance and apply patches according to the severity and applicability to their deployed modules. The breadth of affected modules indicates this is a significant patching exercise for enterprises reliant on PeopleSoft for HR, financial, and supply chain operations.

What this brief leaves out

This page is the free tier: the write-up, the severity, the names. In the app the same report carries its extracted indicators, its detections (Splunk SPL already written, plus Elastic and Microsoft KQL where they apply), the actors and CVEs it names as live profiles, and the vendor research on the same campaign — the primary source the news paraphrased, cited and read directly.

It sits in a corpus of 13,854 reports from 146 sources, 616 of them written in the last seven days, and it grows through the day.

A new account starts with three days of all of it, no card, then keeps the government and CERT reporting free. Name the vendors you run and Slack hears about the reports that touch them — about forty a week that are yours, not the four hundred that are not.
