Multiple flaws in Oracle Database Server versions 19–23 enable remote denial of service, data theft, and integrity compromise.

CERT-FR has published an advisory covering multiple vulnerabilities affecting Oracle Database Server and Oracle Net Services across supported versions: 19.3–19.31, 21.3–21.22, and 23.4.0–23.26.2. The flaws enable attackers to cause remote denial of service, compromise data confidentiality, and tamper with data integrity. The advisory references 40 distinct CVE identifiers published in Oracle's July 2026 Critical Patch Update bulletin. Defenders operating any affected Oracle Database Server or Net Services version should apply patches from Oracle's security advisory without delay. The article does not indicate whether these vulnerabilities are actively exploited in the wild, but the scale and severity of the update warrants immediate patch prioritization.

What this brief leaves out

This page is the free tier: the write-up, the severity, the names. In the app the same report carries its extracted indicators, its detections (Splunk SPL already written, plus Elastic and Microsoft KQL where they apply), the actors and CVEs it names as live profiles, and the vendor research on the same campaign — the primary source the news paraphrased, cited and read directly.

It sits in a corpus of 13,853 reports from 146 sources, 616 of them written in the last seven days, and it grows through the day.

A new account starts with three days of all of it, no card, then keeps the government and CERT reporting free. Name the vendors you run and Slack hears about the reports that touch them — about forty a week that are yours, not the four hundred that are not.
