Multiple vulnerabilities in Oracle MySQL

Critical patch for MySQL fixes remote code execution, denial of service, and data integrity flaws.
CERT-FR published an alert on multiple vulnerabilities affecting various Oracle MySQL products and versions including Enterprise Manager for MySQL Database, MySQL AI, MySQL Cluster, MySQL Connectors, and MySQL Shell. The flaws enable remote code execution, remote denial of service, data confidentiality breaches, and data integrity attacks. The advisory references 35 distinct CVEs, indicating a broad security update released by Oracle in August 2026. Organizations running the affected MySQL versions must apply patches urgently from Oracle's security bulletin. Affected versions range from MySQL 8.0.0 to 8.0.48 for Cluster, MySQL 9.4.0 to 9.7.2 for AI deployments, and Enterprise Manager for MySQL Database 13.5.1.0.0 through 13.5.6.0.0.

What this brief leaves out
This page is the free tier: the write-up, the severity, the names. In the app the same report carries its extracted indicators, its detections (Splunk SPL already written, plus Elastic and Microsoft KQL where they apply), the actors and CVEs it names as live profiles, and the vendor research on the same campaign — the primary source the news paraphrased, cited and read directly.
It sits in a corpus of 13,571 reports from 145 sources, 595 of them written in the last seven days, and it grows through the day.
A new account starts with three days of all of it, no card, then keeps the government and CERT reporting free. Name the vendors you run and Slack hears about the reports that touch them — about forty a week that are yours, not the four hundred that are not.
