CISA adds three known exploited vulnerabilities to catalog
Free public brief. The indicators, the detections with Splunk SPL already written (plus Elastic and KQL where they apply), and a Slack alert the next time this touches a vendor you run are in the app — free account, no card.
CISA identifies three actively exploited vulnerabilities in Arista EOS, Google Chromium V8, and Cisco SD-WAN Manager requiring urgent patching.
CISA has added three vulnerabilities with confirmed active exploitation to its Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) Catalog. CVE-2026-7473 affects Arista Extensible Operating System with an incomplete comparison flaw. CVE-2026-11645 is an out-of-bounds read/write vulnerability in Google Chromium's V8 engine. CVE-2026-20245 is an improper encoding or escaping issue in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager. All three carry active exploitation evidence and pose significant risk to federal networks and broader enterprise infrastructure.
Under Binding Operational Directive 22-01, Federal Civilian Executive Branch agencies must remediate these vulnerabilities by established due dates. CISA strongly recommends all organizations, regardless of federal status, prioritize remediation of KEV Catalog entries as part of standard vulnerability management. These vulnerabilities represent frequent attack vectors exploited by malicious cyber actors and should be treated as high-priority patching targets.

What this brief leaves out
This page is the free tier: the write-up, the severity, the names. In the app the same report carries its extracted indicators, its detections (Splunk SPL already written, plus Elastic and Microsoft KQL where they apply), the actors and CVEs it names as live profiles, and the vendor research on the same campaign — the primary source the news paraphrased, cited and read directly.
It sits in a corpus of 13,854 reports from 146 sources, 616 of them written in the last seven days, and it grows through the day.
A new account starts with three days of all of it, no card, then keeps the government and CERT reporting free. Name the vendors you run and Slack hears about the reports that touch them — about forty a week that are yours, not the four hundred that are not.
