CERT-FR Flags Multiple StormShield Vulnerabilities
Free public brief. Slack alerts on the vendors you run come with the paid plans, and a new account gets three days of them, no card.
CERT-FR warns of multiple vulnerabilities in Stormshield Management Center and Network Security allowing RCE, DoS, SQLi, XSS and data exposure.
CERT-FR published an advisory covering multiple vulnerabilities across several Stormshield product lines, consolidating seven vendor security bulletins (STORM-2026-023 through STORM-2026-029) issued on October 16 and 20, 2026. Affected products include Stormshield Management Center (versions 3.9.x prior to 3.9.3) and Stormshield Network Security across multiple branches (4.3.x prior to 4.3.45 QS, 4.8.x prior to 4.8.20 LTSB, 5.0.x prior to 5.0.10, and 5.1.x prior to 5.1.4 EA). These are widely deployed firewall/UTM and centralized management products, making timely patching important for organizations relying on Stormshield for network security.
The vulnerabilities collectively enable a range of impacts: remote arbitrary code execution, remote denial of service, breach of data confidentiality, security policy bypass, indirect remote code injection (XSS), and SQL injection. No exploitation in the wild is mentioned in the advisory. CERT-FR does not provide technical details of individual flaws, instead directing readers to the vendor's own bulletins for patch information.
Defenders running affected Stormshield products should prioritize upgrading to the fixed versions referenced (SMC 3.9.3+, SNS 4.3.45 QS+, 4.8.20 LTSB+, 5.0.10+, 5.1.4 EA+) and consult the linked Stormshield advisories and associated CVE records for per-vulnerability details and applicability to their deployed configuration.

What this brief leaves out
This page is the free tier: the write-up, the severity, the names. In the app the same report carries live profiles of the CVEs it names. The paid plans add the security research and news reporting the free tier leaves out.
It sits in a corpus of 13,853 reports from 140 sources, 513 of them written in the last seven days, and it grows through the day.
A new account starts with three days of all of it, no card, then keeps the government and CERT reporting free. Slack alerts are a paid-plan feature: name the vendors you run and Slack hears about the reports that touch them — about forty a week that are yours, not the four hundred that are not.
