> CERT-FR advisory details multiple vulnerabilities in Citrix UniconOS, Workspace App for Windows, and XenServer allowing code execution, privilege escalation, and DoS.

CERT-FR published an advisory consolidating multiple Citrix security bulletins issued on 13 October 2026, covering vulnerabilities across three product lines: Citrix UniconOS (versions prior to 2603 LTSR CU2 and prior to 2607.2), Citrix Workspace app for Windows (versions prior to 2507 CU3 Hotfix 1, 2603.20, and 2607 Hotfix 1), and Citrix XenServer (versions 8.4 and 9 without the latest security patches). The vulnerabilities collectively could allow an attacker to compromise data integrity and confidentiality, bypass security policies, cause remote denial of service, execute arbitrary code, or escalate privileges.

Nine CVEs are referenced across three Citrix security bulletins: CTX697170 (XenServer, CVE-2026-79610, CVE-2026-102700, CVE-2026-102701), CTX697181 (Workspace App for Windows, CVE-2026-84419, CVE-2026-84420), and CTX697187 (UniconOS, CVE-2026-53562, CVE-2026-53563, CVE-2026-53564). No exploitation in the wild is mentioned in this advisory.

Defenders running affected Citrix products should consult the vendor bulletins for patch details and apply updates to the fixed versions listed (UniconOS 2603 LTSR CU2 or 2607.2; Workspace app 2507 CU3 Hotfix 1, 2603.20, or 2607 Hotfix 1; and the latest security patches for XenServer 8.4 and 9) as soon as operationally feasible, given the range of impacts including remote code execution and privilege escalation.
