CERT-FR issued an advisory regarding a privilege escalation vulnerability in ESET Inspect Connector, a component used with ESET's endpoint detection and response product, affecting versions prior to 3.1.6017.0 on Windows. The flaw, tracked as CVE-2026-6423, was disclosed by ESET in security bulletin ca8970 published July 14, 2026.
