CERT-FR warns of two Citrix NetScaler ADC and Gateway vulnerabilities allowing remote code execution; patches available.

CERT-FR issued an advisory describing multiple vulnerabilities in Citrix NetScaler ADC and Gateway that could allow an attacker to achieve remote code execution. The flaws, tracked as CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, relate to PHP vulnerabilities affecting NetScaler's management access, according to Citrix's own guidance published alongside the advisory (CTX697263, 26 October 2026).

Affected versions include NetScaler ADC 13.1-FIPS prior to 13.1-NDcPP 13.1.37.286, 13.1.x prior to 13.1-64.32, 14.1-FIPS prior to 14.1-73.49 FIPS, and 14.1.x prior to 14.1-73.49, as well as NetScaler Gateway 13.1.x prior to 13.1-64.32 and 14.1.x prior to 14.1-73.49. No exploitation in the wild is mentioned in this bulletin. Defenders running affected NetScaler ADC or Gateway deployments should apply the vendor patches referenced in the Citrix security bulletin and review Citrix's supplementary guidance on protecting NetScaler management access from these PHP-related vulnerabilities.

As this is a vendor-coordinated CERT advisory, the primary recommended action is patching to the fixed versions listed above; organizations unable to patch immediately should restrict access to the NetScaler management interface per Citrix's hardening guidance.

What this brief leaves out

This page is the free tier: the write-up, the severity, the names. In the app the same report carries live profiles of the CVEs it names. The paid plans add the security research and news reporting the free tier leaves out.

It sits in a corpus of 14,359 reports from 144 sources, 627 of them written in the last seven days, and it grows through the day.

A new account starts with three days of all of it, no card, then keeps the government and CERT reporting free. Slack alerts are a paid-plan feature: name the vendors you run and Slack hears about the reports that touch them — about forty a week that are yours, not the four hundred that are not.
