> Oracle patched 153 vulnerabilities in Fusion Middleware products; 66 critical, 78 exploitable without authentication.

Oracle released a security advisory addressing 153 vulnerabilities across its Fusion Middleware portfolio, including Helidon, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Coherence, Oracle Forms, Oracle WebLogic Server, and thirteen other components. Of these, 66 flaws are rated critical, with five achieving perfect CVSS 10.0 scores: CVE-2026-71133, CVE-2026-83099, CVE-2026-83059, CVE-2026-83020, and CVE-2026-83021. The advisory states 78 vulnerabilities are remotely exploitable without authentication. Successful exploitation can lead to arbitrary code execution, authentication and authorization bypass, unauthorized access to sensitive data, data modification or deletion, and denial of service. Many flaws require no user interaction or prior access rights.

The vulnerability set spans multiple weakness classes, including missing authentication for critical functions and deserialization of untrusted data. CVSS scores range from 1.9 to 10.0. The NCSC advises prioritized patching of all critical-rated flaws. Oracle has released updates for the affected products. Defenders using any Fusion Middleware component should immediately review affected versions and apply available patches, prioritizing Access Manager, Forms, Internet Directory, Platform Security for Java, and WebLogic Server.

## Detection guidance (public sample)

### WebLogic Java Process Spawning Shell or Recon Utility on Windows

ATT&CK: T1190

Oracle WebLogic Server JVM spawning PowerShell, cmd or common recon/download LOLBins, a typical post-exploitation pattern after unauthenticated RCE or deserialization attacks on Fusion Middleware. Auto-generated starting point — validate and tune in your environment before deploying. IOC matches can false-positive on shared infrastructure and decay as adversary infrastructure rotates.

```yaml
title: WebLogic Java Process Spawning Shell or Recon Utility on Windows
description: Detects a WebLogic Server JVM (java.exe launched with weblogic.Server
  or -Dweblogic.Name) spawning PowerShell, cmd, or common recon/download utilities.
  Generalises on the parent/child relation, not any specific CVE payload.
### WebLogic Java Process Spawning Shell with Download or Reverse Shell Commands on Linux
ATT&CK: T1190
Oracle WebLogic Server JVM on Linux spawning a shell that runs curl/wget, /dev/tcp, or base64-decoded payloads, indicating exploitation of a public-facing Fusion Middleware component. Auto-generated starting point — validate and tune in your environment before deploying. IOC matches can false-positive on shared infrastructure and decay as adversary infrastructure rotates.
```yaml
title: WebLogic Java Process Spawning Shell with Download or Reverse Shell Commands
  on Linux
description: Detects a WebLogic Server JVM on Linux spawning sh/bash with download-and-execute,
  reverse shell, or encoded payload command lines. Generalises on the parent/child
  relation and command patterns.
