# CISA adds WSO2, Adobe Commerce flaws to KEV

CISA has added two vulnerabilities to its Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) Catalog based on confirmed evidence of active exploitation: CVE-2026-5430, a path traversal vulnerability affecting multiple WSO2 products, and CVE-2026-71362, an incorrect authorization vulnerability in Adobe Commerce and Magento. Neither vulnerability's technical exploitation details are described in this notice beyond the vulnerability class and affected products.

Under Binding Operational Directive (BOD) 26-04, FCEB agencies are required to prioritize remediation of KEV-listed vulnerabilities on publicly exposed assets, particularly those that grant total control of the asset post-exploitation, and to check for prior compromise before patching. While the directive is binding only on federal civilian agencies, CISA recommends all organizations running WSO2 products or Adobe Commerce/Magento treat these as high-priority patching items and investigate for signs of compromise predating remediation.

Defenders operating WSO2 platforms or Adobe Commerce/Magento e-commerce environments should identify affected versions, apply vendor patches immediately, and review logs for indicators of path traversal attempts or unauthorized access consistent with these vulnerability classes.
