TheGentlemen ransomware lists Skin Center clinic
Free public brief. The indicators, the detections with Splunk SPL already written (plus Elastic and KQL where they apply), and a Slack alert the next time this touches a vendor you run are in the app — free account, no card.
Ransomware group TheGentlemen added Fort Lauderdale dermatology clinic Skin Center to its leak site, claiming a breach.
Ransomware.live has indexed a victim listing from the ransomware group known as "TheGentlemen," naming Skin Center, a dermatology clinic in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as a claimed victim. The listing is largely descriptive of the business (services offered, provider roster, patient volume, ownership by Forefront Dermatology/OMERS Private Equity) rather than technical, and contains no details on the initial access vector, exploited vulnerability, data exfiltrated, or ransom demanded. No malware samples, C2 infrastructure, or other indicators of compromise beyond the victim's own public domain were disclosed in this posting.
Defenders in healthcare/dermatology and multi-site medical networks operated by private-equity-backed groups should treat this as a notification of a claimed breach rather than actionable technical intelligence. Organizations affiliated with Forefront Dermatology or sharing back-office/billing/HR infrastructure with Skin Center should monitor for further disclosure (data samples, ransom notes, technical write-ups) from TheGentlemen group and review their own exposure to common ransomware entry vectors (exposed RDP, phishing, unpatched edge devices) pending additional detail.

What this brief leaves out
This page is the free tier: the write-up, the severity, the names. In the app the same report carries its extracted indicators, its detections (Splunk SPL already written, plus Elastic and Microsoft KQL where they apply), the actors and CVEs it names as live profiles, and the vendor research on the same campaign — the primary source the news paraphrased, cited and read directly.
It sits in a corpus of 13,854 reports from 146 sources, 614 of them written in the last seven days, and it grows through the day.
A new account starts with three days of all of it, no card, then keeps the government and CERT reporting free. Name the vendors you run and Slack hears about the reports that touch them — about forty a week that are yours, not the four hundred that are not.
