Batch of kernel flaws in SUSE Linux Micro 6.1-6.2 allows privilege escalation, data breach, and denial of service.

CERT-FR has published an advisory documenting multiple vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel affecting SUSE Linux Micro 6.1, SUSE Linux Micro 6.2, and SUSE Linux Micro Extras 6.2. The vulnerabilities collectively enable privilege escalation, confidentiality and integrity compromise of data, security policy bypass, and denial of service attacks. SUSE has released six security bulletins (SUSE-SU-2026:23105-1, 23106-1, 23107-1, 23108-1, 23066-1, and 23068-1) addressing these issues across affected product versions. Defenders running these SUSE distributions must apply the corresponding kernel patches immediately. The advisory provides CVE identifiers and references SUSE's official security bulletins as the authoritative source for patch availability and deployment guidance.

What this brief leaves out

This page is the free tier: the write-up, the severity, the names. In the app the same report carries its extracted indicators, its detections (Splunk SPL already written, plus Elastic and Microsoft KQL where they apply), the actors and CVEs it names as live profiles, and the vendor research on the same campaign — the primary source the news paraphrased, cited and read directly.

It sits in a corpus of 13,853 reports from 146 sources, 616 of them written in the last seven days, and it grows through the day.

A new account starts with three days of all of it, no card, then keeps the government and CERT reporting free. Name the vendors you run and Slack hears about the reports that touch them — about forty a week that are yours, not the four hundred that are not.
