CERT-FR issued an advisory covering multiple vulnerabilities affecting SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted and SolarWinds Patch Manager versions prior to 2026.4. The flaws collectively allow an attacker to compromise data integrity and confidentiality, perform server-side request forgery (SSRF), conduct indirect remote code injection via cross-site scripting (XSS), and escalate privileges. Six CVEs are referenced (CVE-2026-28308, CVE-2026-28324, CVE-2026-28328, CVE-2026-28329, CVE-2026-28330, CVE-2026-28331), with SolarWinds publishing separate vendor bulletins for CVE-2026-28328 through CVE-2026-28331 on 20 October 2026.
